Poco in the Pines offers central heat. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a window AC unit and there is a portable Black & Decker air conditioner in the closet that can be transported to any room. The instructions are included explaining how to set it up. If the unit stops working, you most likely need to dump the water built up in the unit from condensation. See instructions on how to property dispose of the water.
Behind the Pines offers AC & Heat. There is a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom and a portable fan in the downstairs bedroom.
